API Terms of Service

1. API License
Subject to these API Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the CoinRPT API. You may not sublicense, sell, or resell API access, or use the API to create a competing product.
2. Rate Limits
- Free tier: 30 requests/minute, 500 requests/day
- Pro tier: 120 requests/minute, 10,000 requests/day
- Enterprise tier: 600 requests/minute, unlimited daily
3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the API to: mass-download content, build a competing service, circumvent rate limits, share API keys publicly, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Attribution
When displaying content from the API, you must credit the original source, link to the original article, and include "Powered by CoinRPT" or similar attribution.
5. Fees and Payment
Free tier: No charge. Pro tier: $49/month. Enterprise tier: $199/month. Billed monthly in advance. Non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Disclaimers
The API is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We do not warrant that the API will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will be accurate.
