1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

CoinRPT respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our service
Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate

2. Submit a DMCA Notice

3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24 hours
Notify the user who posted the material
Terminate repeat infringers

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification containing:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

CoinRPT aggregates news from public RSS feeds and official APIs. We:

Display only headlines, summaries, and links to original articles
Always attribute content to its original source
Link directly to the original article
Do not reproduce full articles
Respect robots.txt directives
